Horos Metal Global Sdn Bhd offers in-house sheet metal, welding, fabrication, machining and painting facilities and workshops that produce custom designed products and services, including:

  • Light and heavy fabrication
  • General engineering and machining
  • All lathe work (5 lathes)
  • All milling work (3 machines)
  • All classes of welding, including aluminium and stainless steel
  • Sheet metal work
  • Sandblasting and protective coatings, Industrial Tiling and wear resisting
  • Poly pipe welding
  • Guillotine – 3m x 12mm capacity
  • Guillotine – 1.8m x 3mm capacity
  • Press brake – 3.6m x 155 tonne
  • Press brake – 3.6m x 120 tonne
  • Hydraulic hoses, fittings and components
  • Hydraulic fault finding and circuit design
  • Pneumatic sales and service
  • Conveyor belts and joiners
  • Electrical repair

We provide an end to end production facility with direct access to stock, parts and equipment for the job at hand. In our workshop we complete jobs of all sizes and complexity. Our clients’ needs are meticulously designed, drafted and specifications detailed. These are provided direct to our Service Manager who is instrumental in facilitating these drawings and specifications from material requisition to production and subsequently through to site installation and quality testing. Our highly skilled and trained tradespeople and supervisors offer our clients a one stop shop ensuring the most cost effective outcome for the client and the Company.

At Horos Metal Global Sdn Bhd we have the resources to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction. Our goal is to be sure that our clients project progresses smoothly and that all project time frames and resources are managed as efficiently and effectively as possible. Our staff are trained and competent in all onsite requirements and specifications. Some of the onsite services we provide include, but are not limited to the following:
